A studio built around one stubborn idea
Dark Square LLC is a Florida limited liability company that owns and operates Bishop AI and Prompt Anything. Customers meet the brands first; Dark Square is the company behind them - the name on the contract, the direction behind the roadmap and the studio where the next products get built.
How the studio works
We are an operational venture studio rather than a passive holding company. Ideas are incubated inside the studio, tested against real customers, and only given a brand once someone outside the building finds them useful.
Once a company launches, Dark Square keeps carrying the parts that do not need to be reinvented for every brand: product strategy, engineering standards, commercial structure and the legal entity itself. That lets each brand stay small and focused on its own market.
Everything holds to the same mission: artificial intelligence that a complete beginner can use on day one and an experienced developer still respects on day one thousand.

Richmond founded Dark Square LLC after years of watching capable people bounce off software that should have helped them. The tools were powerful and the documentation was thorough, and neither fact mattered to someone who just wanted an answer.
That frustration became a working principle: if a product needs a tutorial before it becomes useful, the product is not finished. It is the thread running through both companies - Bishop AI meeting business teams where their processes actually are, and Prompt Anything turning a half-formed idea into something a model can act on.
Today he is an active founder rather than an absent owner. He directs product strategy across Bishop AI and Prompt Anything while running Dark Square itself, which in practice means moving between customer conversations, product decisions and the unglamorous work of keeping a company in good order.
He is at his most useful in the early, messy part of a product, when the shape of the thing is still up for debate - and stubborn about staying there until a beginner can get through it unaided.
